Over the course of this curriculum we place emphasis on creating an environment where girls feel valued and supported as they transition into healthy young women who are self and socially aware. CTY broaches sensitive topics that young girls are challenged with and we do this with creativity and compassion. 

Within this framework, young queens will be encouraged to explore and identify their individual gifts, talents & abilities.  They will learn to set goals, how to manage stress and  effective communication skills. They will explore responsible decision-making, which will enable them to navigate potentially dangerous situations.
