This curriculum has proven to be effective in working with African American boys-deliberately geared toward changing the trajectory of their futures. The structure of this program is geared toward empowering boys who are developing into young men. Our program encourages young kings to explore and identify their strengths, create goals, understand the ability to be self-motivated, become socially aware and empower transformational behavior.

Throughout the program, we are intentional at setting high expectations for young men as they transition into leaders and world changers.
